Inevitably, we all feel anxious at some point in our lives, and the anxiety we feel may or may not be healthy anxiety.

Healthy Anxiety protects us from dangerous situations and gives us the motivation to pursue our goals — it keeps us safe and in-tune with our thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Unhealthy Anxiety renders us unable to pursue our goals and makes us physically and emotionally sick. It severely interferes with our daily activities and can make our life dreadful. When we experience unhealthy anxiety, the feeling of impending doom persists continually.
