Inspired by the teachings of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, the Psychodynamic theory, and the Body Psychotherapy approach, I will listen to your needs and concerns wholeheartedly. Together, we will explore ways to bring harmony into your life. We will prioritize your needs and come up with a creative, realistic, and attainable action plan.
As a Psychotherapist, I give my clients ample time to express their feelings and thoughts, and I accept them for who they are, unconditionally.
Depending on the clients’ needs, I will present ideas to approach their problems and encourage them to practice what has been discussed in therapy.
I will also suggest creative activities, such as writing, playwriting, drawing, coloring, singing, dancing, acting out situations as additional clinical tools.
In addition to finding quick and long-lasting solutions to the couple’s problems, I will invite partners to increase flexibility within the relationship. Flexibility here means being open to look at problems from different angles and exploring solutions that are based on personal values.
The ultimate goal in couple’s psychotherapy is to make the relationship stronger and healthier, grounded in the present moment as well as hope for the future.
It is natural for a person to be social and to feel included. For those who feel they are struggling with problems all alone, this is especially true.
During the group process, participants will have the unique opportunity to share experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a safe and nurturing space. The feedback from each participant is a key factor in providing support, understanding, and care among the members of the group.
The process group is also a vital resource for gaining information and insight into the participants’ struggles.
All of the above services are currently being offered virtually only.
All online methods are HIPAA compliant.
