Relationship Concerns: Individual Therapy

“Belonging” and “love” are essential concepts in romantic relationships. Without a sense of belonging and love, romantic relationships may become problematic and deteriorate rapidly.
My goal is to help you develop and maintain a sense of belonging and love within your relationship. However, this requires commitment and investment from you and your partner.

Here are some things we would work on during the therapy journey:

  1. Learning new communication styles.
  2. Accepting differences and respecting your and your partner’s feelings and thoughts.
  3. Becoming more aware of your life values.
  4. Committing to a driven action plan of changing old patterns of behavior.

These are fundamental ingredients for a successful romantic relationship.
