Relationship Issues

“Belonging” and “love” are important words in terms of romantic relationships. Without a sense of belonging and love, romantic relationships may tend to be problematic and deteriorate rapidly.

My goal is to help couples develop and maintain a sense of belonging and love in their relationship. However, this requires commitment and investment from both the couple and the therapist.

Here are some things we would work on during the therapy journey:

  1. 1. Learning new communication styles.
  2. 2. Accepting differences and respecting each other’s feelings and thoughts.
  3. 3. Becoming more aware of your life values.
  4. 4. Committing to a driven-action plan of changing old patterns of behaviors.

These are fundamental ingredients for successful relationship treatment outcomes.
